Returns Policy

Inspect your item as soon as it arrives and notify us immediately if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase (each item is quality checked by a Diamond Graduate and Jewellery Quality Controller and logged before being sent to you) and  in the unlikely event you may want to return an item to us then please see the guidelines of how to return your purchase below:

 

  • You have 7 days to return the item.  You must notify us within 24 hours from date of receipt and tell us about it by emailing us at email@goldenprism.com.  
  • You will then receive by email, an RA (RETURNS AUTHORIZATION) number to enclose inside your parcel.  We will not accept refund items without this number.
  • All the returns delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The unworn item must be received by us within 30 days.  The tracking number must be sent to Golden Prism via email.
  • Make sure that the item is in ALL its original packaging, which includes ALL valuations and other documentation you have received in the original package.
  • The package must be insured for the full value on the invoice for your own protection as Golden Prism will not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
  • A covering letter must be placed inside the parcel which explains the reason why you are returning your item to us.
  • The parcel should be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Fedex or UPS and do not make reference to diamonds or jewellery on the parcel for safety reasons.
  • Any item that has been worn, damaged or has been tampered with in any way will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to the sender.
  • Every item will have a tag attached and this tag must be completely intact or it will void your 30 days returns.
  • The returns address will be supplied to you along with the RA number, attach this sticker to your parcel.
  • International buyers must contact us prior to returning an item so that we can access and advise the best form of the return of the item to us.
  • Once we have received your returned item it will be inspected under a microscope by a trained diamond grader and quality controller.  If any item is found to be worn altered, damaged or  tampered with in any way, it will not be accepted for refund.
  • A refund will take up to10 working days to show up in your account.

We want you to be 100% happy with your item of jewellery and will do all we can to make sure you are thilled with your purchase.  If you really have a genuine need to change the style of a pair of earrings, pendant, necklace or bracelet I am sure we'll find a way.  Providing the item is still in the same condition it was when it left these premises.  

  • Bespoke items.   See all B&N jewellery that is marked Bespoke in ‘Availability’.   Made especially for you.  
  • Special Order items.  See all Golden Prism Jewellery that is marked Special Order in ‘Availability’.  These are made especially for you.
  • Engraved items or items personalized or a specific ring size is ordered.
  • Any Jewellery ordered which is made to order from our website.
  • Items damaged in any way or diamonds fallen out or claws broken off.
  • If the item has been worked on in any way, resized, repaired, adjusted, modified, or changed in any way, we will not allow a refund but will return the item back to you at your cost.
